Here is how we handle digital pattern updates, duplicate order help, and return requests for physical craft supplies.

Digital pattern files receive ongoing updates and errata corrections. When a pattern is revised, you can download the latest version from your order at no extra cost. If a stitch instruction, gauge note, or chart needs correcting, we publish the fix and make it available to everyone who purchased that pattern.

Physical items in original condition qualify for standard return review. Please keep yarn, hooks, and needles unused and in their original packaging. If you accidentally place a duplicate order, contact us promptly and we will help you resolve it. Support is readily available to make sure you get the materials you need.
